India · Private dental care for international patients

I The process
Four quiet steps, first message to home again.
Tell us what you are considering.
A short planner covers the treatment you have in mind, your travel window, and how much of the trip you want run for you. Sixty seconds. No account, no card.
We match you to a vetted clinic.
Every clinic on our list is screened by our independent Advisory Board of senior clinicians. Where a clinic holds it, that is the NABH Dental Healthcare Service Providers Accreditation Programme, India's national dental standard, though the board, not the certificate, sets the bar. Your records are reviewed by the clinic before anything is promised.
You receive a written quote and itinerary.
The treating clinic confirms your price in writing before any travel is booked, alongside the full day-by-day plan. If clinical needs change, changes are priced and approved in writing first.
One coordinator, first message to aftercare.
A single point of contact on WhatsApp from enquiry to aftercare. On Comfort and Premium your coordinator books and runs the whole trip; on Essential they hold the clinic side while you travel your own way.
II The clinic, in frames
A dossier of one clinic on our list.
Anonymised until you book, photographed as it is on a working weekday. The reception, the treatment room, the laboratory bench. What the rooms actually look like, not the marketing render.

III On the list
How a clinic earns a place on our list.
Independence is the point. Our Advisory Board, led by a former Chairman of NABH, sets the criteria, and no clinic can buy its way onto the list. Fewer than one in a hundred we screen clear them all.
i.
The specialist
An MDS postgraduate specialist leads the work, not a general BDS dentist, with at least ten years in active practice.
ii.
The team
An internationally trained clinical team, with an established record of treating international patients.
iii.
Fixed price
Committed in writing before you fly, and it does not move at the chair.
iv.
The board
Every clinic is cleared and re-reviewed by that board. NABH accreditation counts where held, but the board sets the bar, not the certificate.
Your coordinator
Rhea
Trip Coordinator
Rhea is a patient’s single point of contact from first enquiry to the final aftercare check-in. She confirms every appointment with the clinic, holds the written quote, and on Comfort and Premium runs the trip itself, day by day.
DentAItinerary Deviation Protocol: If the clinical picture changes once you are in the chair, you get a fixed-price options menu, a six-hour decision window, and nothing begins without your written approval.
IV The document
Every trip is issued as a written itinerary.
Day by day, appointment by appointment, with the quiet days planned as carefully as the clinical ones. This is the specimen for a four-implant case; yours is built around your own treatment plan.

Departure
All times and prices in an issued itinerary are indicative and are confirmed in writing by the treating clinic before any travel is booked.
V A trip, in frames
The days between the appointments.
The clinic is the point of the trip. The rest of the trip is what makes the clinic bearable: a hotel within reach of the clinic, held mornings, and an optional first-light drive to Agra on the day your recovery allows it.

VI Three ways to travel
The clinical bar does not change. The trip around it does.
The same treatment in every tier, about 74% below the UK average of £9,629. What changes is how much of the trip we run for you.

How We Select the Top 1% of Dental Clinics in India
Our clinic selection process explained: six vetting criteria, what disqualifies a clinic, and why fewer than 1% of Indian dental clinics meet our standard.

A firm implant quote with no X-ray behind it is a red flag, not a bargain. What an OPG shows, when a CBCT scan is needed, what each costs in the UK, and the imaging-first sequence that keeps a fixed price honest.
