What types of dental clinics can apply to partner with DentAItinerary?
We accept applications from established Indian dental clinics with an MDS-qualified lead dentist, a minimum of 10 years of active clinical practice, modern equipment including digital imaging, English-speaking clinical staff, and a clean regulatory record. NABH accreditation is a positive signal but not mandatory. Our Advisory Board assesses all applicants against a broader set of criteria.
How does DentAItinerary pay partner clinics?
Clinics quote their treatment price in INR through the clinic portal. DentAItinerary collects payment from the patient in their local currency and transfers the agreed INR amount to the clinic after treatment begins. Payment is processed via bank transfer. Clinics are never asked to collect payment from patients directly.
Does DentAItinerary take a commission from partner clinics?
DentAItinerary earns its margin from the patient-facing package price, not as a commission taken from the clinic's treatment fee. Clinics quote in INR at their standard rates. There is no commission deducted from the clinic's quoted price.
How many patients does DentAItinerary send to partner clinics?
Patient volumes depend on your clinic's specialties, availability, and case acceptance rate. Partner clinics typically receive 2 to 8 qualified international cases per month after an initial onboarding period. Cases are pre-screened and include X-rays, medical history, and treatment request. You only see cases matched to your specialties.
What is the Deviation Protocol and what does it require from the clinic?
The Deviation Protocol is activated when a clinical finding during Day 1 assessment changes the originally planned treatment. The clinic must present the revised clinical picture to the patient's coordinator within 2 hours, provide a fixed price for any additional procedures from the Extended Care Menu, and allow the patient up to 6 hours to decide. All deviation charges are collected by DentAItinerary, not by the clinic directly.
